Logistics
One of Netstyle's strong points has been their investment in logistics to guarantee prompt, organized service and the availability of product.The modern warehouse covers an area of 1000 mq with the capacity to manage up to 600 shipments daily. The shipments are managed by Netstyle drivers with Netstyle trucks or are managed by national couriers. On occasion, if necessary, Netstyle outsources partner transport services only to guarantee the shipment policy.
Netstyle uses a software that automatically orders stocked parts for all models of equipment and assures immediate shipment. Repairs, if necessary are managed based on the parts that malfunction more frequently and are readily available as well as other stocked parts for those products sold.
For specialized repairs, customers can send their equipment directly for in-house repair and testing.
*The speed of repair, like the above mentioned, and the availability of parts, the time to respond and delivery are guaranteed within one week in all Italy, which is above the average in the local market.

Post Sale
Netstyle offers a post sale service with employees dedicated and available to service clients. The position of the company is to serve as a mediator between the supplier and the client regarding guarantees of the product, substitution of parts and all technical questions.
